Description

Stunning handcrafted ceramic village handmade by collected UK Artist Penny Howarth.

The piece is hollow, allowing a light placed within to filter through to the windows (see photo). A battery powered tealight is provided with this item which provides a subtle glow. The piece depicts a beautiful village. The piece depicts a beautiful village. Stairways and courtyards sit between closely huddled houses. The walls are a roughly textured stoneware ceramic, the roofs glazed with a shimmering burnt yellow effect.

Made from

Twice fired and glaze fired to 1220C. These will last for thousands of years. - Never created from a mold or template. - Handmade and glazed by a single artist - Penny.
