Nuthatch Bone China Coaster

Hand decorated bone china coaster with my watercolour painting of a shy nuthatch, a lovely small gift for British bird lovers.

Hand decorated using digital transfers of my watercolour paintings of a secretive nuthatch climbing up an ivy clad branch. My illustrations are professionally printed onto ceramic transfers which I apply by hand to each coaster. After decorating the coasters are fired in my own small electric kiln to 800°C making them dishwasher safe. They have a slight rim so are also equally suitable to use as a spoon rest.
