A beautiful Silk Scarf inspired by Ravenna’s Byzantine Church fresco’s and mosaic’s, with a hand rolled finish.
This scarf lights up your dress for any day or night.
The colours catch the eye and the rhythmic pattern of the tiles creates effortless style, with a sense of timeless elegance.
They can be tied at the neck or draped over the shoulders, or perhaps caught into your waistline like a silk belt.
This design has been illustrated by Libby inspired by her travels through Italy which she has then translated onto silk using the Indonesian techniques of Batik she learnt in Java.
The Batik techniques she used to create the designs have been introduced to her by artists she worked with in Yogyakarta and then translated onto silk in England where the final scarves have been beautifully created and produced.

There are currently two designs inspired by the Italian Byzantine Artists both with individual colour ways for each design.
