Made from wood from sustainably grown forests with a copper roof and copper hinge to the opening side panel.
We suggest that you site the nest box on a tree or wall, approximately 1.5m above the ground. Preferably where it cannot be accessed by cats or other predators. Leave the box empty as wild birds will add their own nesting material.
The box just needs a nail to hang it to the wall and there is a useful access point at the side which has copper fastener. This is good for removing the old bedding out of the box after the nesting season is over.
A name, date or a short message can be engraved in a wreath on the front of the box if required.
