Attention all shipping! Digital version of the original Shipping Forecast print commissioned to hang in Rick Stein and Jill Stein’s The Seafood Restaurant, Padstow.
The Shipping Forecast names the British sea areas covered by daily BBC radio broadcasts on behalf of the Meteorological Office: Viking, North Utsire, South Utsire, Forties, Cromarty Forth, Tyne, Dogger, Fisher... Ideal for the Radio 4 listener, the sailor, the gardener, the angler or anyone who else who pays keen attention to the weather!
The original Shipping Forecast print was produced using vintage wood and metal type and printed on a vintage letterpress. We have professionally scanned and digitally enhanced the original and then digitally printed it with a beautifully weathered feel. This is a magnificent feature on any wall. Please note this is supplied unframed.
