Outdoor Kitchen: Asado BBQ Grill

South American fire tables are all about a la parrilla grilling – using the embers from your fire to grill and infuse your food with smoky flavour. Load up the fire basket with logs, wait for the embers to drop onto the fire bricks below then draw them across to the grill for cooking.

All our fire pits, chimineas and pizza ovens are manufactured in the UK from British steel. The steel will oxidise as it settles into your garden, turning an autumnal russet colour, but this does not effect the longevity or durability.

The Asado Doble BBQ comes with dual floating grills that can be slotted into place at various heights so that you can cook low to the embers or high above the heat. The overhead smoking cage not only looks impressive, but provides more cooking space. The suspended high grill is ideal to hang above the fire basket to keep your corn on the cob warm or to add smoky flavour to your cheeses.

The Asado Doble comes with a protective coating of oil which will burn off after first use. It will oxidise over time and turn from graphite to an autumnal russet pantina. This does not affect their longevity or durability. All our fire pits and outdoor kitchens are handmade from British sheet metal which has naturally occurring blemishes which can mean slight variations in the forging and finish.

Asado Doble care: fire up your Asado grill to burn off the protective oil. You can remove the rust as it oxidises with a wire brush and then oiled, but the rust doesn’t affect use or durability. ng embers behind.
