A beautiful gift box of 16 handmade chocolate bonbons filled with liquid salted caramel.

Our award winning salted caramel is handmade from deeply cooked sugar and fresh Normandy butter, scented with Madagascan vanilla pods and finished with flakes of the finest hand harvested sea salt. The caramel is encased in a crisp shell of our luxurious grand cru dark chocolate, hand decorated with golden flecks.

Our bonbons are hand crafted in small batches using the same ultra-premium ingredients and grand cru chocolates that you'll find in Michelin Starred pastry kitchens.
