We are a small family run business in Cornwall, hand baking delicious Cookie Sandwiches; Two soft baked cookies with a shortbread consistency, sandwiched with buttercream, and in certain flavours, an extra saucy centre.
We can be found at local farmers markets in Cornwall as well as online delivering our yummy goodies nationwide.
If we can make it vegan, we do. We also offer gluten free options.
I wanted to create something completely different to the normal cakes and bakes that you see around. I had seen Ice-cream Cookie Sandwiches in the South of France. I decided to replace the ice cream with buttercream to create a sweet product that could be easily transported to local markets. Finish of with a drizzle of chocolate and sprinkles to create a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
