Show her just how much she is loved with this handcrafted handmade silver and gold heart pendant. It features an adorable etched image of a couple within its centre, and a smaller golden heart attached to the silver frame, symbolising a shared and growing love.
Handmade in sterling silver with 22ct gold vermeil, Charlotte Lowe's Hearts of Gold collection is supporting the British Heart Foundation: For each heart sold a donation is made to the charity.
Variations
The Heart to Heart pendant comes on a 45cm (18inch) chain and is also available on a 40cm (16inch) or 50cm (20inch) chain length, all of which can be selected from the drop down menu.
Each Heart to Heart pendant comes packaged inside a black box embossed with the golden words Charlotte Lowe...for the moments you cherish. With each purchase you will also receive a complimentary pack of wildflowers with love seeds from the British Heart Foundation.
