The design itself displays a beautiful symmetrical pattern with oxidised silver and Jawan work alongside larger polished gold circles which spread along the curvature of the earrings.

Both the dot work and circular design are inspired by the geometric mandala patterns found in Hinduism and Buddhism, with Mandala translating as ‘circle’.
