Anything in your life is possible
Xander uses semi-precious stones in his jewellery and home accessories and finishes his pieces with either 925 sterling silver or 14k gold plated components and findings. All the jewellery he produces is also nickel-free (he is also allergic!).
The brand, after his own name, Xander Kostroma®, launched in the Fall of 2018, is now stocked in 500+ independent boutiques worldwide.
Xander firmly believes that: anything in your life, is possible! ...no matter what your background, you just need to focus on what you want, believe you already have it, and you will achieve it.
Commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
ENVIRONMENT
We fund the restoration and conservation of various habitats in the UK, including wildflower meadows, wetlands (peatland restoration), peatland, and woodland. To achieve this, we offset all our CO2 emissions from every sale we receive.
HOW?
By partnering with Ecologi, we applied the logic of 1 order = 1 tree planted to get £x then we converted £x into m2 footage which then supports these UK-based projects.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We have been a member of the Living Wage Foundation since we launched in 2018 because we recognise that working at a job for minimum wage simply isn't enough for you to live a comfortable life. At Xander Kostroma Fashion Ltd, all our direct employees and contracted staff are paid a Living Wage.
Our crystals are Fairly Sourced from small suppliers in Asia.
