You don't have to add any ingredients to this baking kit; we pack both wet and ingredients into the box so that you can get baking the moment the parcel lands on your doorstep. Unlike other cookie mixes, there's no short-cuts or gimmicks here. We just want to make real vegan baking easy for you and kind to the planet. That's why we pre-measure each ingredient and pack it up in fully compostable packaging. At the end of the day, there's zero waste and you get to enjoy a truly scrummy cookie.

Ingredients: Soft Baking Spread (Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Oil, Salt, Flavourings, Beta-Carotene), Soft Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses, Humectant, Glycerol), Caster Sugar, Soft WHEAT Flour, Bread Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Flour Treatment Agents: Alpha-Amylase, Hemicellulase), Bicarbonate of Soda, Baking Powder (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Maize Starch), Salt, Coconut (SODIUM METABISULPHITE), PISTACHIOS, Cranberries (Dried Sweetened Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil).

Shelf Life: Recipe kits are delivered in brown cardboard boxes that will be stamped with a BEST BEFORE date. This date is typically within 2 weeks of dispatch, but can vary depending on stock levels and dispatch times. We promise you won't receive expired food products and if you ever do we'll replace the kit in full. Once baked, products should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, and consumed within 3 days. Always follow instructions on the recipe card included with your kit. Always prepare your recipe by the BEST BEFORE date.
Available Without Wheat. Select Free From Gluten before purchase. I regularly handle flour and other wheat products in my kitchen. Every effort has been made to avoid cross-contamination, but this product is not safe for those with Coeliac disease or severe wheat allergies.
