Lemon Curd & Blueberry Whoopie Pie
Juicy blueberry and lemon sponge, with a squidgy handmade marshmallow filling, and a dollop of lemon curd in the centre. Topped with Belgian white chocolate, a dusting of crumbled meringue and pretty edible petals.
Raspberry & White Chocolate Whoopie Pie
Vanilla sponge filled with velvety cheesecake filling and a layer of raspberry jam. Garnished with generous lashings of finest white Belgian chocolate, dried raspberries and edible flower petals.
Strawberry Cheesecake Whoopie Pie
Vanilla sponge filled with a creamy strawberry cheesecake filling and white chocolate sauce in the centre. Covered with finest Belgian white chocolate and a sprinkling of dried strawberries and crumbled shortbread.
Our Whoopies are fresh baked produce. They should be treated as such - they will remain fresh for 2-3 days after delivery. Alternatively you can freeze them immediately upon receiving them. They can be kept for up to one month in the freezer and defrosted in 1.5 hours at room temperature or in 20 seconds in the microwave (All microwaves vary).
All our products are handmade. The colour and decoration may vary and are subject to supply. The image provided is a representation of the product you will receive. Our handmade marshmallow is made with Vege-gel instead of gelatin so is suitable for vegetarians. It contains no artificial colours or flavours.
