This is The Classic Swingtime skirt from 1944, it has a belt and buckle waist and hangs neatly to your sides, but swings out when dancing, and it finishes just below the knee. The Crepe de Chine fabric is silky to the touch and easy care too, and is a 100% natural fibre, no synthetic yarn or Lycra in this garment. Dry clean or hand wash.
