A little bit of each place I've ever lived in inspire me, so TRÊS connects deeply with my roots.

TRÊS, which means three in Portuguese, is not only my favourite number, but also the number of things we are grateful

for everyday.

Gratitude has hugely improved my life after going through life-changing events, making Gratitude journals and paper goods that make you smile is my biggest passion.

Tapping into your positivity is a superpower. The more you practice it, the stronger it becomes.

We strongly believe that writing three things a day your are grateful for, can significantly improve your life. After all, a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.
