The Great British Charcuterie Co

The Great British Charcuterie is a family-owned etailer and wholesaler of artisan British cheese, charcuterie, wines and hampers.

We set up GB Charcuterie in 2016 with an aim to raise awareness of the growing British charcuterie scene and to help promote animal welfare and small artisan producers around the UK.

We started with our small shop based in Brighton Marina and have quickly grown our business to include our online and wholesale services as well as several restaurants, cafes and retail outlets around the South East of the country.

Our mission is to raise awareness and support the growing British artisan food producers and small scale businesses around the UK.

We still hold ourselves to account when working with our producers and at heart, we are a small family run business with our core values at the forefront of everything we do.
