Various combinations of fresh herbs are chopped and mixed into pure White Sea salt, bursting with vitamins and minerals, which absorbs the herbs natural oils whilst preserving their freshness. Because salt is a natural preservative and flavour enhancer, the herbs are perfectly preserved and their natural flavour is greatly intensified. Therefore, you can use these seasonings as you would your usual salt, with the added compliment of the herbs and a shelf life of 6 months plus.
