Set Of Two Burgundy Great Vineyards Maps

The maps show the plots of vine called ‘Climats’ which compose the Burgundy Great Vineyards, ‘Côte de Beaune’ and ‘Côte de Nuits’ and categorise them by presumed quality - ‘Grand Cru’, ‘Premier Cru’, ‘Villages’, ‘Region’ - through the use of different colours. In Burgundy, the concept of terroir is central since it is the soil, the subsoil, the altitude of the vine, the sun orientation, the vinification method that give its name to the wine*.
