This limited edition drunken brioche is a traditional French buttery brioche, very similar to the Italian panettone.

The crust is crunchy and sweet while the crumb is rich, moist with rhum infused raisins and sultanas. Boasting a thin golden brown with a scattering of pearl sugar.

This is such a perfect grownup treat.
