Once the order has been placed the you can upload a photograph by following the steps below:
-Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account.
-Go to ‘My Orders’.
- Click ‘Contact Seller’.
-Attach image ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered).
-Click Submit
If a you really struggles with this you are able to advise them to email the photographs to [email protected] along with their order number and the customer services team will upload them on the customer’s behalf.
