As a family business, we had a dream, for several years, to source the best on-trend home accessories that money could buy, but more importantly, also be affordable and 'not available on the high street'
Over the years we noticed that many of the home accessories on the market, were straight from the factory, far from unique or individual, and were produced in bulk (normally by the thousands), without thinking about where the materials from the products came from. With sustainable products needing to become the new norm instead of buying from a factory line, we were determined to start up our business, that provided the best quality and on-trend for you to buy in addition to offering the best customer service. So in early 2020 we started sourcing our products direct from Scandinavia, one of the world leaders in sustainable quality products, for you to have in your home.

We really want you to be happy with your items from Price and Coco Interiors, but if for any reason you are not, return it to us in an unused condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of confirmed receipt of the parcel, for an exchange or full refund of the item purchase price minus the postage costs (If applicable). You are also required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.
If you require an exchange, we will send out your new item once we have received your original order and this has been inspected
Once we have received your communication and we have confirmed the return, please send all items with proof of postage to our trading address; Price and Coco Interiors, 10 Gwyther Mead, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 5F. Please repack the item/items carefully and we highly recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Once received and goods checked and inspected , the refund will be processed as per the NOTHS terms and conditions
All items are checked before sending to make sure they are in perfect condition, but if in the unfortunate event your item is received damaged, please make sure you contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period and will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. Once the item has been acknowledged as damaged or faulty it will be replaced, or if we do not have any additional stock, it will be refunded including postage cost. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email 3 photographs of the damaged item/s to us so that we can claim from our carrier.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
