Pressed Flowers, Paper, Wood, Glass, Brass.
FLOWERS THAT DON'T PRESS WELL: As much as I would love to press all flowers, unfortunately not all of them press well. Flowers that are particularly big and bulky wouldn't fit in the frame and wouldn't look good as part of the floral composition. However, where possible, I press the petals of large blooms individually to include them in your floral frame (such as sunflowers, dahlias, chrysanthemums, carnations). Flowers that definitely do not press well or fit in the frames are: lillies, irises, proteas, anthurium orchids and tropical flowers, spring bulb flowers (such as tulips, hyacinths etc.), some berries, holly, ornamental cabbages, snapdragons, amaryllis, white & pale lisianthus and succulents.
Please note that during the pressing process your flowers might change their colour.
Approximately 30cm x 40cm.
Your flowers will be professionally framed in a maple wood frame, using high quality 'invisible' anti-reflective art glass.
CARE NOTE: Pressed flowers, if cared for properly, will last for many many years. As an organic medium, they'll fade eventually overtime, giving them that beautiful vintage look. To protect your art, please keep your frame away from direct sunlight, UV sources, heat and humidity. Small pieces of pollen and plant material might get separated in the frame, however please know that this is expected and will settle.
Your Wedding Bouquet Frame will be ready in 4-5 months.
