Styling Dish Set With Silk Ribbon

The four dishes are 1 inch, 1.25 inches, 1.75 inches and 3 inches in diameter. Dimensions are approximate due to the hand-made nature of the product .

Please select width and length of silk ribbon from the drop-down menu. The 1/2 inch width ribbon is 3 yards in length, the 1 and 1.5 inch width ribbon is 4 yards in length and the 2.5 and 4 inch width ribbon is available in 5 yard lengths.

The dishes are made from copper and finely enamelled on both the top and underside . Where the enamel layer is finer there may be areas - especially on the rims and on the smaller dishes - where the enamel is more apparent underneath.

As they are hand-made the styling dishes may have slight imperfections in terms of texture and surface detail.

The ribbon is 100% silk habotai and is bias cut which gives it a nice body or stretch. Over time the cut edges will fray naturally. There is a seam every two to three yards and the raw unfinished edges will naturally soften with wear. The seams are finished with silk thread and just a 1/8" overlap to help create a seamless appearance throughout the spools.

The ribbon is colourfast . Ribbons can be ironed on a warm/medium hot temperature. Pigment irregularities and marbling may be present. As the silk is an organic product, there may be some unavoidable shrinkage of the fibres during the dyeing process. Measurements stated in the listing are taken before the dyeing process.
