Made for sweet lovers, this hamper contains four of our crumbly scones to enjoy with lashings of the Cornish clotted cream and local strawberry jam as well as four of our fudge chocolate brownies and four of our famous Philp's Cornish pasties* in the flavour of your choice.
Our cake bakers handmake our delicious brownies for our Ice cream parlour, ICED on the Quay. They are so popular that we decided to pop them into a hamper! We are sooo glad we
*For those not in the know, a Cornish pasty was originally a miners meal of steak, potato, onion, swede and seasoning encased in pastry and hand crimped. Sticking with the traditional vegetables we offer a selection of tasty fillings to choose from including th original steak.

We use traditional methods and recipes, passed down our family for generations, to hand-make a Cornish pasty of legendary taste. From 15 years of age, our founder, Sammy philp, pushed a handcart selling fresh fruit and veg. Due to this, he knew from an early age how to spot the best quality produce and this careful procurement ethos continues in our business today.
