Our Massaman is seasoned using gluten free soy and fresh palm sugar straight from the markets of Bangkok. We love using our Massaman to make vegan fruit and vegetable curries as they pair wonderfully with the large amounts of aromats and spices within the paste. Equally as good paired with braised beef shin or game.
Serves 2. Heat and stir the paste in a saucepan for 2 minutes in hot oil. Add 300g roasted fruit/potatoes (or meat/fish), 300g of vegetables and 400ml of coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
