Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns on non-personalised items within our 30-day returns period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, or personalisation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed. For returns accepted under our extended 30-day returns policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended, a £2.79 delivery charge will be deducted from refunds where free delivery was provided. Customers are also responsible for return postage costs.
If you paid for delivery at checkout, only the original delivery charge paid will be deducted from your refund.
We are happy to exchange non-personalised items due to a change of mind or sizing issue within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and a £2.79 fee to cover delivery of the replacement item.
