During the two week wait there are lots of thoughts and feelings to process, it can be one of the most difficult parts of fertility treatment and a challenge to keep a positive mindset.
When I was going through treatment I placed these cards next to my bed, surrounding myself with positive encouragement really helped to give me a boost. The cards were the first thing I saw in the morning and the last thing I read before I went to sleep each night.
Some ideas for how to use the cards:
• Leave them by your bedside to read each morning and evening.
• Create a mood or vision board for your encouragement during your cycle.
• Use them as bookmarks in your IVF Planner.
