The IVF Journey Planner was designed in 2017 by Nothing But Lovely founder Tracey Sharp during her journey through infertility, IVF and loss.
Split into sections from pre-treatment to test day, the planner is a supportive tool for recording thoughts, feelings and information through one cycle of IVF.
There are daily pages that have space for journaling along with areas to record medication, appointments, hydration tracking and meal planning.
IVF can be a physically and emotionally challenging time so the planner is filled with tips and uplifting words for gentle encouragement, all of which help to bring some focus and a feeling of control.
The planner is accessible to everyone with no reference to gender / parent or partner.
Variations
For an extra special touch the planner can be personalised with up to six characters or initials.
This is the pink polka dot design, there is also a mint pineapple design and a version specifically for FET (frozen transfer cycles).
