Lavender - Lavender is a deeply calming and relaxing ingredient that helps symptoms of insomnia as well as assisting with nervous tension and headaches.
Chamomile - Chamomile is especially good for helping to treat a low mood, anxiety or stress due to its relaxing and calming nature. This makes it especially good for pregnant women who are suffering from mood swings.
Bergamot - Bergamot helps to ease irritability which is commonly associated with fatigue or stress, and it is especially good at lifting negative moods and anxiety.
Grapefruit - Grapefruit contains diuretic properties making it suitable for helping with water retention. Grapefruit is also perfect to help ease headaches.
