Our key, natural and vegan ingredients include:
Lavender - Lavender contains antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties which help to prevent infections after birth, particularly where an episiotomy has taken place. Lavender also contains pain relieving properties to ease any post-labour soreness, alongside promoting healing and improving the formation of scar tissue.
Witch Hazel - Witch Hazel contains anti-inflammatory properties which help to calm the area post-birth. Witch Hazel also promotes healing and helps to tighten the tissues together, making it perfect to be used after labour. In addition to this, Witch Hazel also helps to calm itching making it particularly beneficial where stitches have been applied.
Cucumber - Cucumber is an incredibly soothing ingredient that moisturises and calms the skin. Cucumber also contains anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, making it perfect to be used post-birth, whilst also promoting healing.
Arnica - Arnica promotes skin renewal, allowing the skin to heal following childbirth. In addition to this, arnica also contains anti-bacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties which help to prevent infections following birth, whilst also calming the area.
