Marie Murphy is an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in York, North Yorkshire. With over 17 years of experience in the creative industry, her homeware and stationery range combines a love of geometric art, architecture, print and embroidery.
Marie is passionate about using the best quality materials for her luxury British made products. This has led her to find highly skilled craftspeople that can produce her products in the U.K. Marie’s studio is located in York where most of her production happens. Production follows a just-in-time approach that allows her to keep waste to a minimum and encourages her customers to be conscientious consumers. Also, Marie makes sure her packaging is responsibly sourced, using 100% biodegradable and compostable cornstarch cello sleeves, cardboard and tissue paper.
