Beautiful, fresh and delicately packaged Lion's Mane mushrooms, grown by us on our tiny farm.
Please allow 1-4 business days for dispatch.Lion's Mane has long been a delicacy, with sweet and delicate earthy tones and a soft and juicy texture. It's now more famous for it's health-giving properties as documented by the BBC and countless other media stations! Personally, I like to cut it into 1-2 inch "steaks" and fry it on both sides quickly, in a hot pan, with butter, salt & pepper, and adding herbs and garlic in the last 60 seconds of frying.
This mushroom is extremely rare in the wild, and is red-listed for protection in the UK, so it's fantastic that it can be cultivated.
Made from
Pure Lion's Mane mushroom grown on our tiny farm. Store in the fridge and consume fresh, or dry it out using a gentle heat (less than 60oC) to store it for much longer.
