Returns will only be permitted if the item is faulty, due to the fact these are personalised items and cannot be resold. Every effort will be made to repair your item or a replacement will be made if this is not possible.

We are only able to create your plush portrait from the images you send us. We will include whatever colouration and details we can see in pictures... in other words, it will be as accurate as the photos we are given! Make sure when you send images you include all the photos necessary showing the required details to complete your order. If you can't photograph it, you must send us a clear description.

All delivery times are estimated and your delivery is not guaranteed by the date given, although we always try our very best to make sure they are delivered when required. Each product is made to order and the length of time to create every pet plush portrait varies significantly. Please also remember Laura is disabled and she works every day for as many hours as she can because she loves what she does, but sometimes she is just too poorly! We ask our customers to remain patient and allow us the time we need to complete your order, and everyone else's, to our extremely high standards. They are always worth the wait.
