Little Sentiments is a small business based in Derbyshire, run single-handedly by me, Clare!
My journey into small business began in 2011 after being made redundant. As a single parent to a young child with additional needs, I needed to work from home as much as possible. That’s when I set up my first venture: a stationery business. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on wedding stationery, but recently, I’ve returned to what I truly love—creating beautiful greeting cards for special occasions. And so, **Little Sentiments** was born!
All my products are handmade or hand-finished, designed with care in my home studio. Each card is personalised to make it extra special for the recipient. Since every card is unique, there may be slight variations from the pictures.

All orders are dispatched promptly by the date stated. Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail First Class, which is a reliable service but not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays can occur with Royal Mail that are outside of my control.
If you need your order by a specific date, I strongly recommend selecting the express tracked delivery option at checkout. Please note that this upgrade applies only to the postal service and does not affect my processing times. Tracked services provide delivery updates and offer a faster, more secure option. To avoid disappointment, it’s always best to place your order as early as possible if it is intended for a special occasion.
As all items are dispatched on time from my side, refunds cannot be offered for orders that are delayed by Royal Mail. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my shop.

All personalised orders are final once placed, so please take extra care when entering your personalised information and gift messages during checkout.
Each personalised product is made to order, meaning there may be slight variations between individual items.
If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include a description of the issue along with photos so we can assist you.
