Learn magnifique dishes in this 2.5hr journey of French cuisine.
Workshop Roadmap:
French Onion Soup - A timeless staple of French cuisine, often enjoyed as an appetiser or a warming meal on a cold day.
Coq Au Vin - A rich French stew that combines tender chicken with the robust flavours of red wine, mushrooms, and smoky bacon.
Tarte Tatin - In this session we will create a savoury deritive using shallots and Roquefort cheese.
Bouillabaisse - This iconic, fragrant broth is made from a variety of fish, shellfish, herbs and spices. Bouillabaisse is both hearty and elegant, offering the true essence of southern French coastal cuisine.

We endeavour to minimise plastic usage and source recycled sundry products where available. We run seasonal classes to maximise the use of fresh local ingredients and discuss alternatives within the class to suit dietary or ethical requirements.
