Zingy Ginger and Peppermint go well with brain boosting Rosemary and Ginkgo, all balanced out with the subtle undertones of herby Calendula and Nettle. Our Rise and Shine Herbal Tea Blend can be infused in boiling water and made into a delicious herbal tea drink.

    Rise & Shine Tea can be made into a herbal drink by infusing the herbs in boiling water. Serving: 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 15 minutes.
