Coastal themed mantel clock with brightly coloured beach huts, sailing boat, fish and fishing net.
The quirky and minimalistic nautical design fits in perfectly with contemporary or traditional beach home decor! An excellent gift for seaside lovers.
The clock is fitted with a high-quality quartz clock movement and require one AA battery, easily accessible at the back of the clock. Battery is not included.
To make this clock, I start with cutting out the shape by hand from rolled out clay. Then I carved in the designs and use stamps for little details. Once biscuit fired, I modestly decorate the clock with oxides and colourful glazes to emphasize the natural colour and texture of the clay. It is finished off with pebble shaped feet.
