An artisan baking kit with the finest pre-weighed ingredients to make decadent Mint Chocolate Macarons at home - also includes a sugar thermometer!
Macarons are notoriously difficult to bake, but this kit makes it easier to create your own little bites of heaven. Includes all of the dry ingredients to make 12 macarons and filling.
The kit also includes a step-by-step recipe card, macaron shape guide, greaseproof paper and piping bags. Just add mineral water, butter and egg whites.
We are commited to being sustainable, and packaging is recycled, compostable or recyclable. A percentage of turnover is donated to our charity partner, Farm Africa.

Kit includes all the dry ingredients to make Mint Chocolate Macarons with Dark Chocolate Peppermint Ganache, a sugar thermometer (battery not included), recipe card, macaron template, piping bags, greaseproof paper, and bamboo stick.
INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate: sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural Vanilla, Organic MILK Powder 26% fat. Caster Sugar. Icing Sugar: Sugar (97%), Maize Starch, Ground ALMOND NUTS. Sugar, Vegetables Fats (Palm/ Shea/ Sal/ Illipe/ Kokum Gurgi/ Mango Kernel, Sunflower), Lactose and Proteins from Whey (from MILK), Whey Powder (from MILK), Dried Whole MILK, Cocoa Mass, Skimmed MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat (from MILK), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Flavourings, Colours (Copper Complexes of Chlorophyllins, Curcumin). Peppermint Extract: Propylene Glycol, Ethanol, Water, Peppermint Extract (1.0%).
