* Malted grains specific to your selected beer style, all milled to order and vaccuum sealed for freshness

* Finest hops from farms around the world all pre-measured for ultimate ease

* Kettle finings (VEGAN-friendly, seaweed component to help clarify your beer)

Select your desired beer style in the menu to the right.:

- American Brown Ale 5.0%. A classic malty and nutty amber ale brightened with some American hop floral tones.

- Australian Pale Ale 4.8%. Crisp and refreshing, this pale ale has grassy notes with a bite of grapefruit from the Aussie hops.

- California Common 4.7%. Our take on the original "Steam Beer", a nice amber ale with woody spice hop flavour.
