My journey into Complementary Medicine started with a car accident as a nineteen year old coming home to my flat having finished work as a piano teacher for the night. I was pushed off a fifty foot hill into the cows field below.

I was in a lot of pain and although the doctors told me their theory in my recovery I just knew there had to be another way. This is how I literally fell into Holistic Medicine. With the help of homoeopathy, osteopathy, aromatherapy and many other practices I recovered and was pain free in three years.

I finally qualified as an Aromatherapist in 1990 in the days when no-one really knew how amazing it was. Passionate and enthusiastic I took myself off to South America and China to learn more and to work for a while as a holistic pratitioner. I practiced for 14 years full time and loved my work, specialising the last 7 years at my practice in Clapham Junction, London in infertility and H.I.V. and aids.

During the time when my son, the gorgeous Max arrived nearly 13 years ago I realised it was time to start my own range, a dream I had held for many years. I love my job and hope you enjoy the Hampers.
