Inspired by a desire to reduce food waste and a love for Great British apples. Broadway Press began their journey by collecting windfall apples across The Cotswolds and converting them into delicious cider using an innovative cryo-processing technique. A few years later, they are now based at Cotswold Orchards, where they work with Great British Farmer Nicholas Dunsby and his family to rescue class 2 apples. These apples are rejects from supermarket shelves because of size, colour or small defects. However, these are perfectly good for juicing and crafting cider with. Nevertheless, they are now the core ingredient in their trademark Ice Cyder®.
This cider gift box is Gluten Free and suitable for Vegans.

At Heather and Bale, we work directly with independent, artisan producers and source products that are not widely available elsewhere. We curate luxury hampers and gifts to showcase their incredible talent. We carefully research flavour profiles to ensure each gift makes sense. Each gift is handmade and packed tightly with woodwool. This allows the recipient to reveal the layers and explore their gift, especially impressive in our wicker baskets! This creates something wonderfully unique, a feeling, an experience.
