The salt in the rub is Halen Mon Angelsey Sea Salt ® PDO, which you may or may not know, is probably the BEST sea salt in the world.
High chilli content in all rubs. Minimum 20% maximum 40%.
Use on BBQ, indoor grilling, as a spice for soups or even a seasoning.

Charred Remains™ Ingredients: Spices (Habanero 10%, Chipotle 10%, Ancho 10%, Guajillo 10%, Paprika), Sugar, Halen Mon Angelsey Sea Salt ® PDO, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Pimento, MUSTARD, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lime Oil.
