White Pepper
Peppercorn berries are picked at the peak of their ripeness from peppercorn plants grown in Penja Valley in Cameroon. Once harvested they are then sorted and washed by hand after being bathed in freshwater for a period of 7-10 days. The outer layer of the berry is removed for the pepper to be dried in the sun.
