Once you place your order, I will get in contact to request your personalised wording, artwork proofs are then created and sent within 3 working days
Upon your approval of your artwork, production time is approx 14-21 working days.
I am always happy to check through your wording and spelling but cannot be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical mistakes, please check proofs thoroughly before giving your final approval.
From the point of the first artwork proof, up to 2 complimentary sets of amendments can be provided to perfect your stationery. (Please note any subsequent revisions may incur additional charges)
I ask that you provide feedback on your digital proofs as soon as possible to enable me to meet your deadlines, ideally within 2 working days. I cannot be responsible for any delays to your order due if feedback is delayed.
Due to variations in monitor calibration, colour can differ to its appearance in print. For this reason, Elinor Rose cannot offer refunds on the basis that colour appears differently when printed to on screen proofs.
