I'm Kirsty, creator, owner and maker of Dubholistic and our products. From a young age I have been fascinated with holistic therapies, self care and wellbeing through the practise of yoga and the use of crystals and aromatherapy. I then became interested in natural living and the importance of what we put in and on our body, leading to the beginnings of making and creating!

After years of making skincare products for myself and experimenting with the use of aromatherapy in my yoga practise, I then began to make and create for others.

Studying Aromatherapy and Herbalism in order to create products that not only nourish the skin on the outside, but also have an effect physically and emotionally on the inside.

I am a mum of two, a keen creator, cook, old Volkswagen enthusiast and yoga teacher, I love enjoying life and helping others.

Lifestyle medicine fascinates me, looking at the whole and finding the connection, using multiple ways to feel and be your best self.
