Tailor made for 21st century gin lovers leading busy lives that aren't always compatible with stronger spirits, this is a delightfully versatile and approachable new take on an old favourite.
At 20% ABV it is soft and smooth enough to enjoy on its own, or on the rocks. It can also be mixed with its traditional tonic water partner at the usual 1 part spirit to 3 parts mixer ratio, or used to make less alcoholic versions of classic gin-based cocktails. Juniper-led, with citrus notes - exactly the profile you would expect, in a lighter style.

Traditionally distilled in some of the oldest copper stills in the UK, dating back to the early 1800s, but very much a modern masterpiece - this is a classic London Dry style of spirit with a difference. Working with a Master Distiller with over 40 years' experience, we have developed a secret recipe which uses higher quantities of botanicals and more generous flavour delivery techniques to create a classic juniper-led London Dry style with half the usual alcohol.
Half the amount of alcohol means half the amount of calories. Each 25ml serving of this Cut Classic contains just half a unit of alcohol and 28 calories.
Cut Classic light spirits do not contain any allergenic ingredients or substances requiring declaration under applicable regulations. All flavour comes through traditional distillation - nothing added!
