Sacred Sage Smudging Stick

Our white sage smudge stick is a bundle of dried white sage leaves, traditionally used by indigenous cultures in ceremonial practices for purification and cleansing of negative energies. This aromatic herb has a strong, distinctive smell and is believed to have medicinal and spiritual properties. The smudge stick can be lit and the smoke wafted around the body or the space to clear any unwanted energy.

White sage exudes an intense, tart and resinous scent and is found mainly in the coastal sage scrub habitat of Southern California.
