This two-colour Crochet Storage Basket is a quick & easy project using 9mm & 5mm thick recycled cotton yarn. The thickness of the yarn combined with the right stitches makes for a basket that is soft yet sturdy.

This pattern shows you how to create 2 diffrent size baskets.

Medium - approximately H40cm x W45cm

and

Mini - approximately H30cm x W35cm

These baskets are so useful & can be used as a bag, pot for a plant, toy storage or for your yarn stash!

To make thes baskets you will need:

Medium basket:

75m of 9mm recycled cotton braid for main colour

15m of each colour in 5mm for the two-colour stripe rows

10m in contrast tipping colour in 9mm

A 15mm recycled cotton crochet hook.

Mini Basket

40m of 9mm recycled cotton braid for main colour

12m of each colour in 5mm for the two-colour stripe rows

8m in contrast tipping colour in 9mm
