Jute is a sturdy 100% vegetable fibre & offers a wide range of crafty possibilities for indoor & outdoor projects. We would recommend treating with a weather shield spray for outside items to protect against the elements. Its natural properties ensure a fully biodegradable final product. Jute yarn has shade variances between dyeing lots. Shade variances occur due to a number of factors, with the largest being that jute is a natural product. Differences in climate may affect the crop and the way it responds to the natural dyes that are used.
