The clock face is created as original artwork and is based on the original Aston Martin Vantage speedometer. It also incorporates an engine plate design which features the vital statistics for the car such as the top speed, engine size and year produced. Each clock is hand made to order by Chris in his studio in Somerset.

The darker panel on the speedo can be personalised to show a readout in digital numbers as a six digit date and four digit year. For example for a birthday of 26th June 1991 you can put 260691 and 1991 as the birth year in the four digit trip meter or 0032 for the age. This is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, retirement etc.
